Terms of Service (General Terms & Conditions | Lora Hair Lab)

By booking an appointment at Lora Hair Lab, the client confirms that they have read and accept the terms below.

Safety & Service Refusal
The stylist reserves the right to refuse service if the client’s hair or scalp condition makes the procedure unsafe.

Services
Lora Hair Lab provides cosmetic and hair care services only. All recommendations and consultations are informational and do not constitute medical advice.

Client Responsibility
The client must inform the stylist about:
• allergies or skin sensitivities;
• medications that may affect the scalp or hair;
• scalp conditions such as dermatitis, psoriasis, inflammation;
• previous chemical or cosmetic procedures.
Lora Hair Lab is not responsible for negative reactions if relevant information is withheld.

Guarantees
Results depend on the client’s hair condition, home care, lifestyle, and individual characteristics. Long-term results cannot be guaranteed.

Prices
Current prices are listed on the website and/or social media. Prices may change, and clients will be notified in advance.

Deposits
Some services require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after the allowed time period.

Photo & Video Use
With the client’s permission, Lora Hair Lab may use photos or videos of the service for portfolio and social media. If the client prefers not to be photographed, they must inform the stylist before the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a fair schedule and respect for the stylist’s time, the following rules apply:

Late Arrival
If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the stylist may shorten the service or reschedule the appointment. The deposit is not refundable.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment results in loss of the deposit.

No-Show
If the client does not show up without notifying the stylist, the full service price will be charged. The stylist may refuse future appointments.

Complaints Policy

Lora Hair Lab aims to provide a high-quality and comfortable experience for every client. If you have a concern or are dissatisfied with the service, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Submitting a Complaint
    The client must report a complaint within 48 hours after the service.
    Complaints can be submitted via: Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, or email lora.hairlab@gmail.com.
  2. Information Required
    The complaint must include:
    • a description of the issue;
    • photos of the area if relevant;
    • the date and type of service received.
  3. Review & Resolution
    The stylist will review the complaint within 3 working days and offer one of the following solutions:
    • a free correction if the issue is justified;
    • home-care recommendations;
    • a discount on the next service in exceptional cases.
  4. Complaints Not Accepted If:
    • the client did not follow aftercare instructions;
    • unsuitable home-care products were used;
    • the client visited another stylist after the appointment;
    • more than 48 hours have passed since the service.

This Complaints Policy applies to cosmetic hair services only and does not relate to medical care.
